Wheel arch cleaning

I cleaned up the front wheel arches, etched primed and painted them using black metal paint.  It came up pretty well, took me about 5 hours on each side, most of the time spent cleaning!

The body is in excellent condition, although I've found some potential problems if I don't do something about it.
This is behind the boot hinge under the corner of the rear windscreen. You can see the surface rust in the middle of the picture.

There's some custom work in the boot to solve the water drainage problems, not sure how Chev did it originally.  The funnel exits at the top of the wheel arch.

After I fix up the rust problem in the boot, I'll start work on a new parcel shelf.
